]]> Thu, 29 Sep 2011 16:16:26 -0400 Notice of Non-Renewal of Web of Science http://libraries.umdnj.edu/News/index.html NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL OF WEB OF SCIENCE - Effective September 1, 2011, the University Libraries’ subscription to three resources has not been renewed. They are the Web of Science, the Journal Citation Reports and Current Contents Connect products. They are databases which are part of the ISI Web of Knowledge suite from Thomson Reuters.

The decision to cut these resources is based on the increasing costs of providing them and the continued flat funding for our materials budgets.  More cuts may be expected in the coming months. Notices will be posted when cancellations occur.

A prominent expert in the field of each Web Focus topic will select the most timely and relevant published articles that will enhance the clinicians understanding of and ability to effectively treat the disease topic. An overview outlining the highlighted topic and providing insight for the collected articles will introduce each Web Focus topic.
