Request to Use the UMDNJ - University Libraries

There is no walk-in access for members of the public who are not affiliated with UMDNJ.

Individuals who possess a valid photo ID from a college or university may request access at the door and must display their ID to the Public Safety officer on duty.

If you do not have a photo ID from a college/university, you must complete the form below in order to apply for access to any of the UMDNJ campus libraries.

If you are submitting your request electronically, click on the link for the campus library that you wish to visit and provide the required information.  If you want to receive approval via return e-mail, you MUST provide us with your e-mail address. You may also choose to complete the form in writing while on-site or submit via fax to the campus library of your choice.

Requests will be processed during regular business hours, 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. The fields with an *require completion in order for the form to be sent.
